Shipping Policy

At Tivano, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your products.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Charges

  • A standard shipping charge of ₹100 applies to all orders across India.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

3. Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link or AWB number via email or SMS to track your package in real time.

5. Delays and Exceptions

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volumes.

  • In such cases, our support team will keep you updated.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tivano.in with your order details and photos (if applicable).

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, Tivano ships only within India. We are working to expand our delivery services internationally soon.
